Domaine Les Monts Fournois is a fresh new chapter in Champagne, led by Janille Alips, who brings experience from Louis Roederer, G.D. Vajra and Louis Latour, and is supported by her well-known cousins Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche. She is building the estate around the Premier Cru monopole “Les Monts Fournois” in Ludes, part of the Grande Montagne de Reims. While their own vintage Champagnes (the first is 2022) are still forthcoming, they have launched a small series of highly selected Grand and Premier Cru bottlings sourced from trusted growers.
