Hélène is the fourth generation of her family to tend vines on the historic hillsides of the Grande Vallée de la Marne — nearly 3 hectares planted in the 1960s. Her first vintage in 2020 produced just 3,000 bottles. Her synthesis of old vines, holistic farming and barrel ageing yielded a charming trio of inaugural cuvées that garnered attention in Champagne and beyond.
