Drawing from two hectares of old vines in the Premier Cru village of Ludes, Pauline Collin-Bérêche honours her family’s seventh-generation viticultural legacy while forging her own path. After studies and experience at prestigious Champagne houses, she launched her own label in 2016 with a clear vision: one terroir, one vintage, one cuvée. With organic farming, wild-yeast fermentations in used 450-litre oak barrels and a rare touch of Petit Meslier for lift, her Champagnes express purity, precision and chalk-rich structure.
