Do you deliver across Thailand?
Yes. We deliver nationwide within Thailand through a locally licensed delivery partner. See our Shipping Policy for details.
What is the minimum age to order?
You must be at least 20 years of age. Our delivery partner may request valid photo identification on delivery, and orders will only be handed to a recipient of legal drinking age.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for orders of ฿3,000 or more. For orders below ฿3,000, a flat delivery fee of ฿250 applies.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location in Thailand. We’ll keep you updated once your order is on its way.
How are the wines stored and shipped?
Our wines are kept in temperature-controlled storage and packed carefully to protect them in transit.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes. You’re welcome to collect from our wine shop in Chiang Mai during opening hours (every day, 12:00–22:00). See the Wine Shop page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard, PayPal, and bank transfer securely at checkout.
What if my wine arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy.
