This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver your wines.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to addresses throughout Thailand. Delivery within Thailand is fulfilled by an independent, locally licensed delivery partner.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days. Once your order is confirmed and prepared, it is dispatched for delivery.

Shipping Fees

• Free delivery on orders of ฿3,000 or more.
• A flat fee of ฿250 applies to orders below ฿3,000.

Delivery Times

Most deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Age Verification on Delivery

Recipients must be at least 20 years of age. Our delivery partner may request valid photo identification, and will not hand over alcohol to anyone who is underage or unable to provide identification.

Storage & Handling

Wines are kept in temperature-controlled storage and packaged to protect them during transit.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery so we can put it right. See our Refund Policy.
